We only operate and ship within Ontario at the moment. We offer Free Shipping in Ontario  for orders over $100 and a flat rate of $10 for all other orders.

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post using the delivery method selected at checkout.  

We aim to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it (excludes holidays and weekends). When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with an exchange or credit. Please note exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. 

All items must be unworn and unwashed.

To do an exchange, please send an email to maborganics@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for your exchange. We will confirm the exchange along with the address to ship your items to. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will send out your replacement package right away. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us but we will cover the cost to ship out the replacement package.

To make a change or cancel an order please email maborganics@gmail.com with your request within 1 hour from the time you checkout. We will try our best to accommodate changes, however if your request is made outside of the 1-hour window, the original order will be shipped.
